Independent association of professional services of espresso machines of Serbia is a nonprofit nongovernment organization. The primary goal is gathering, at first place, professional service-technical staff, professional baristas, but experts and honest fans of the coffee industry, without professional employment.
The goals of the Association itself are building up the level of general conscience of a wide population, but most of all sincere coffee lovers, regarding real preventive care of all assets for preparation and thermal processing of foodstuff, in shape of warm beverages. The process starts from phytosanitary correctness, by water control at the beginning, the mandatory service-technical examination of all parts of the coffee production system, to coffee quality at the end of the line.

Next important factor of gathering professionals and coffee lovers through Association is connecting and open discussions about all daily problems, cooperation with our foreign colleagues, and with all our collected knowledge, to start social activities or measures, which will keep our market safe from all coffee industry's waste from abroad. That will also emphasize our own possibilities and potentials of manufacturing spare parts, equipment, etc. We proved that we can do better!
